Just look at the bottom of App Designer, in the Find Definition References section.

Help! PeopleSoft "Deleted field...is still referenced in...location..." Where???
After about 8 years of PeopleSoft programming I just noticed something. It's much easier than I thought to find where a field that I want to delete from a record is still being referenced.
