Defaulting PeopleSoft Search Page Field Operator to "Greater Than or Equal (>=)"

Want to default your PeopleSoft search page field operator to ">="? It's easy to do, but HOW to do it is not very intuitive.

Double-click on the field whose search operator you want to change.  Click the From Search Field check box.  That's all there is to it.

Alternatively, if you click the Through Search Field box, your field's search operator will default to "<=".  

The From Search Field and Through Search Field check boxes are mutually exclusive; if you check one, the other will become unchecked.
